My aunt who lives in Thailand wants to visit our family in the United States for fun. I started the tourist Visa application using the ustraveldocs.com website instructions, but now I am stuck with at bank transfer payment for the visa application fee. We sent the money from our bank in the US to the bank they listed on the website a month ago via electronic transfer, but we still have not received confirmation that the payment was received. The website also does not recognize the virtual account number that came with the receipt. I'm hoping I did not get scammed. Has anyone had issues with electronic transfers either not getting received or taking a long time to process? I'm regretting the loss of money and should have just told my aunt to pay it in person at bank in Thailand. Any feedback would be much appreciated.
