Where to buy natural (no added sugar) canned fruit and vegetable juices?

I want to buy natural canned fruit and vegetable juices in supermarkets here in Jomtien.  The big Food Mart is a great supermarket with plenty of canned juices but I can’t read Thai and so I don’t have a clue of ingredients.

Can somebody a suggest decent brand that I can find in supermarkets?  I absolutely don’t want any with high fructose corn syrup added.  I prefer to buy in supermarket to avoid high prices in health food stores but I’ll consider them if that’s my only option.

ill appreciate any suggestions and thanks!

I have found them only in a Bio store in Bangkok but because of the fact that I avoid going to Bangkok with my Motorbike by meaning standing in a permanent traffic jam with 120 degrees under a 15 Liter fuel Tank, i am not familiar where it was.

But I know that was the Bang Kapi area about 1.5 Km radius. There were a lot of shops in that area..

Just a suggestion, why not make your own?

Saves a lot of money and you control what is in the juice.

Good idea!  Why didn't I think of that in the first place...Stupid me ????

I agree, if you live in Thailand, make your own. First thing I did was to buy a juicer.

There are some brands you can buy that are natural , like coconut juice 100% from UFC. But most of their orange and other juices are not any good.

If you want to buy orange juice I would stick to Florida juice, import and a bit expensive but it's fresh and natural .

Often a claim of no added sugar can be just a play on words rather than a true statement, if they use any concentrate etc, yes they didn't add any sugar, the concentrate is the fructose without the water content. Also any juice can have the water content removed so it ends up sweeter, but they still didn't add any sugar and its 100% juice. (And they get to sell the water removed as vitamin water)

All the juices in BigC, tesco in the cardboard containers like Tipco Malee etc have the ingredient listed in English. There are a couple that are mixed vegetable with only pineapple or grape juice for sweetness, no concentrate or added sugar.

There are some great coconut water/juices around with no added sugar.

I just don’t want high fructose corn syrup added, and that what you usually get at super markets.  They should put “skull & cross bones” symbols on foods containing it as far as I’m concerned!

Making your own from fresh fruit is obviously the best option, and about as cheap as you can get.  Night markets abound here, so that sound like a plan to me ????

We use cucumbers as a base, very cheap.sometimes we pay 5 baht per kilo, carrots, celery, tomatoes and whatever looks good we make juice off.Buy a good juicer and enjoy.
