Did you actually vote in the 2016 referendum?

That is private info that has nothing to do with you....Anything else....?

Oh, I did have a Whopper with cheese on Monday though....????

I'll take that as a "No" then. I did vote and voted remain. Unlike in 1975 when I voted leave. Luckily, I'm not a gambler.

Do they really have a Burger King in Ubon?

And we're all getting bored again at the never ending, circular arguments...

"head in sand" or not inclined to believe the continual (unprovable) arguments that are presented by remainers?

No, it was an analogy of the similarly inane proposal that we cannot see the future until we reach it, we can predict suffocation like we can predict harm to the economy.

And some of us are sick and tired of the 'experts opinions' that were proven very wrong in the past, continuing to post the same bs for the future....

I'd add that some of us are fed up with the electorate  continuing to vote for the corrupt and elite, as it was the 'party' that they supported.....

The brexit referendum result gives us hope that things may change.

Not really. I was referring to a vote to stay in the EU. Not EC or Common Market.

Doesn't the EU go back to 1954 and the establishment of the Western European Union?  The EU is just a name change, we voted in 1975 to remain in the Common Market, the EEC and to keep the Assembly of the Western European Union, which together merged into the EU, surely you are not suggesting that a name change means the first vote didn't apply.

You may have a point, as I hope the electorate is beginning to realise the lies told to them by our govt. - but this is just a small step.

Which is why I said "The brexit referendum result gives us hope that things may change."
