Re-entry Permit at Phuket Airport

Featured Replies

Hey. Sorry if this has been asked. I coming from NST to fly out of Phuket to Europe. 11am flight Friday.

Can I get a re-entry permit at Phuket Airport before I fly out, or do I need to go to an immigration office?

Thanks!!

IIRC during 'normal' office hours they want you to get one from an Imm Office is Phuket policy. As your flight leaves at 11 am and in theory you have to be there 2 (3?) hours before an international flight you should be able to get it at the airport as there's no way you would be able to do it in time.

If there is an office in NST it may be easier to get it in advance though in case there are any delays at Immigration at the airport.

I wouldn't rely on the airport.

You don't leave until Friday so plenty of time to get a visa. Is there an office in NST?

or, why not get one in Surrat Thani or Phang Nga on the way?

Get the re-entry permit before you leave to the airport.

Phuket airport only provides re-entry permits if you fly on the same day and you are not able to get the re-entry permit from Phuket town (out of office hours or not enough time)
