Agree with what you say but the reality is that thais are doing what they want here.

It's really hard to compete with thai businesses on the basis that they don't give a damn about the same said laws.

How many of them use cheap Cambodian or Myanmar workers without work permits for maintenance of their hotels....how many don't pay taxes...

Foreigners here are usually not pissed off because they have to follow thai law, they are annoyed of the double standards.
