If it isn't offered for free here it doesn't get done. Where I live dog packs are a nuisance although I don't see anyone taking them off to get fixed. 

Well, just got the male cat fixed, and it isnt as free as they claim. Not really expensive 350 baht, but no vaccinations today, so I dont know what they cost. Females are 550 I think, dogs are more expensive. They seem to know what they are doing, our boy is doing fine now.
