A vehicle drives, rides  and handles better when the tires are the same.  Buy 1 new tire and your vehicle is likely to ride as if you are on a bumpy road...all the time!

Looks like a few encounters with a curb..

Yes, quite possible.

I afford if he could turn them around, to make the outside the inside like my old car could do. But not possible.

That tyre is stuffed....

I meant the two old ones that were put at the back.

That can be done, I have many times with power steering scuffed tyres...

Yes, but if there's water on the road, you'll 'lose'; the rear.

In a straight line?

Is your way better, losing the front?

Upselling is a national obsession with Thai sales staff.

If the tyres are not down to the tread wear indicators, ignore them. If you don't know what a TWI is, push a match head first into the tyre grooves. If it goes in deeper than the match head, the tyres probably have 5 - 10 K kilometres left in them.

A match head?  Lucky that we all carry matches around these days, eh?

Mismatched tires are often a primary factor in drivetrain damage. To minimize variances, always match tires: same brand, size and type. The tread depth difference between front and reartires should be no more than 3/32nds of an inch.

What's that copy and pasted stuff from an entity with a vested interest got to do with the vehicle riding as though it's on a bumpy road all the time as you claimed?  That's what I asked you.

All that quote says is in order to minimize variances, brand, size and type should be the same, no reference to road conditions.
