Yep, sad state of affairs for all involved, alcohol and motorcycles don't mix well together; the incident was instigated by him, so he has to suffer the outcome of his barbarack actions. Even drunk and with possibly the BIB wanting his nightly tea money donation off the guy, it's no way to fly under the radar screen......... those antics are only going to lead you to one place..... monkey town.
