What about old fatty and his watches? That's never abuse - ha ha!

I was about to make him a belt made from some watches until I realised it was a waist of time.

Only if they cross someone in a better tough position....or they offend the Thai people over and over again to a degree that they unite and topple this severely fractured government.

Members of parliament have been told by House speaker Chuan Leekpai to be honest in the performance of their duty, in compliance with ethical standards. They must refrain from abusing their privileges and The Speaker warned them that their malpractices may return to haunt them in the future.

Never stopped them yet.

Haha. He examples travel rorts, delaying planes and dress standards. No mention of siphoning off bugets, secret commissions, etc.

Tells them to deliberate on bills and to turn up for budget bills - well, that's the job description, isn't it? What did they think they were getting into when they nominated as a candidate?

Warns transgressions "MAY" come back to haunt them - a bit like saying: "Keep everything secret and untraceable as usual lads, and things should be OK (wink, wink)".

Having spoken to this gentleman on more than one occasion I believe he is just that.

I wish him well in his new role but water just will not run uphill without help
