Does anyone know a local Thai optometrist or optician who would be willing to help a local Rotary Club build a vision-screening and free glasses program for poor children in the local Chiang Mai municipal elementary schools?   English-speaking ability would be useful, but not a prerequisite.  If you know someone could you send me a message with his/her contact information.  Thank you.
