These are difficult times for those who are helping get us where we wnat when we want! Please sohow some kindness as they did make the chnges, it ios all due to the Politicos etc. they are working hard and longer hours because of the high traffic volume! Be kind! BTW, shoutng never gets you anywhere in Thailand and expect the same with the TG reps!

Late last year I was flying from Suvarnabhumi, the taxi dropped me at Zone A on the outer road way so I carried my own bags towards the entrance doors. As I approached the doors the small group of bell boys did not even look up to me when I asked in Thai, "Is this Thai Air - krup?"

One looking up pointed towards the trolleys in the rack.

I asked a slightly diffent question, "Is Thai Air - First Class - KRUP?"

All seven "woke up" to take my bags and start waiing.

TG Service staff are IMHO generally good, but they sometimes need to be reminded.
