Unless. Victoria Secret has a hand in what I am assuming are recent Thai immigration policy changes, or the Thai government manufactures lingerie, mentioning these 2 issues in the same breath is staggeringly ridiculous.

Indeed I think that is the main cause of bad sales figures. In the 80's, the absolute pinnacle of human kind and the last time western women could climb on a scale without breaking it, VS was still making a killing. Now it's North Face tents that are a tight fit.
