Why is my resting heart rate so low?

I had ECG (EKG if you like).. at a private hospital recently.. 450 Bt consultation.. 380 Bt for the ECG.. Having a bp monitor is a good idea but the important thing is in this case is checking to see if the heart is beating regularly.. there are some monitors that do this but not all..  For safety and peace of mind I'd say see a Dr & get an ECG.. then monitor at home..

Some people just run a low pulse but as yours used to be higher and there is no clear reason for the drop (it will nto be due to losing weight), would not be a bad idea to get an EKG just to make sure
