He asked about the "Fast Lane" - assuming he means Fast Track?  In which case the answer is no.

    "Thai lane" is not fast lane (fast track).

    And the poster does not write that he is traveling with the wife.

    If traveling together you are dependent on the mood of dispatcher/IO.

    There is no written right that you can go with wife.

    Traveling alone: unlikely that you can sneak in.
