Terbinafine 250mg

Featured Replies

I am prescribed the above in the UK for a nail infection. I will not have enough tablets to last my stay in Thailand. Could you please advise if it is available in Thailand and at roughly what cost for a months supply. I will be based in Chiang Mai if that matters.

Many thanks

I could only find Lamasil cream in Bangkok. I bought fluconacole instead. (100bt -1Ox200mg tabs)

Thanks stubuzz. I have tried creams but they do not work. Will look in to Fluconacole tablets

Lamisil tab 250 mg should be available in 14 tab from Novartis and distributed by Zuellig - have no idea how many places stock or the cost.  The cream is readily available at 15g being about 250 baht.

Find some tea tree oil, possibly in Boots - works a charm

Widely available in big pharmacies,  maybe not in your corner shop.

About 1250 baht

Isn't turbafine very short term use?  Maybe wait 'til you get back home.  It's strong medicine for a small problem.

Some of the topical medications mentioned only work for superficial infections- don't waste your time.
