I would appreciate any tips on finding a decent rental in Korat centre for a mate of mine who's looking to stay for a year or so. A small house or apartment would be great.

The initial plan is for him to book into a central hotel for a week or so, but if I could maybe get some numbers or leads that could help him get sorted asap, that would be really helpful.

Hotel recommendations would also be really helpful.
