Double crossing co-worker arrested for credit card fraud

Crime suppression police in Bangkok arrested a woman who ripped off her colleagues at three companies by getting their details and applying for credit cards. 

 

Wimon, 37, started her crime spree in 2017 when she got hold of personal data from a co-worker and applied for a credit card. She used this to get cash then left her job. 

 

She then repeated the trick at two more companies. There were three warrants out for her arrest in Chonburi and Bangkok. 

 

She was arrested at a cake shop where she was now working in Prawet district of Bangkok and taken to Don Hua Lor police station in Chonburi. 

 

She has admitted to the first case and losses are believed to be in the 100,000's of baht.
