Maybe it will be the next Ocean 1 Tower, that one cleared the land too, produced some concrete for other places and then vanished in dusty dreams.

When I lived in Soi 12 Pattaya Park I went past that block of land at least once a day and always wondered why no-one had built something on it.  Now it looks like  it could turn out to be a white elephant place....unless of course they market it to well healed Chinese, Indians and Thai's.
