Good Hotel

Hi , I've never been to Chaing Mai but would like to go up for a week in December.Can anybody suggest a good hotel but I must have a gym and pool Thanks

Shangri La has excellent pool and gym but as stated depends on your preferred budget/location.

At a lower price than the Shangri La the Lotus Pang Suan Kaew (the big hotel attached to Kad Suan Kaew) on Huay Kaew Road has a very good, large pool. I know it has a gym also, but I have not tried that.

Holiday Inn is decent and has a pool and gym (I think). Bit out of the way though so you will need to call grab sometimes.

Four Seasons has good gym, pool and all the rest. Go for it.

Four Seasons?  That is way out in Mae Rim and at times 1 hour from the Old City.  Not only that, but rooms start about 15,000 baht per night. 

But each man to his own needs and abilities.

Check out the Centara/Duangtawan in the Night Bazaar; good pool and fitness center with red-hot sauna,
