"Billy" murder case sees 70% progress

BANGKOK (NNT) -The investigation into the murder of Mr Porlajee "Billy" Rakchongcharoen, leader of the Karen people at Pong Luek-Bang Kloi village, has progressed by more than 70 percent. The authorities are examining the bone found inside an oil drum under the suspension bridge at Kaeng Krachan National Park. It is expected to take two weeks before the results of scientific tests are known.

Medical Hub project - American, Japanese patients may have treatments in Thailand without visa for 90 days

BANGKOK (NNT) - The Directing Committee of the International Health Center has approved a proposal to include the United States and Japan in the group of countries from which patients may have medical treatment in Thailand for a period of 90 days without needing a visa.

House Speaker confirms EC, Supreme Court can determine MP status

Commerce Ministry to open four business categories to foreign investment

Riverbank water situation in many areas begins to subside

Deal signed with Japanese agency to tackle electronic waste
