Help with Documents from the Netherlands

Hi,

I have a neighbor, her husband passed away. He was a citizen of the Netherlands. My neighbor was sent documents from SVB in the Netherlands but because they are in Dutch she can't understand them. My neighbor has 2 young children from the marriage and I think these document have something to do with benefits for her or the children. I'm looking for someone who could explain the documents to her. My wife and I are from the USA so we aren't any real help. If you can help please PM me.

Why not contact the Dutch Embassy in Bangkok or Chiang Mai if the have a consulate

Google translate works very well nowadays whit the camera option.
