Was in a bar last night it was closing time shutters come down and they turn lights off I just agreed a price for a lady the bar was about to close and she said you have to pay bar fine I said but the bar closed your shift finished no bar fine anyway the deal collapsed what do you guys think bar fine or not.

In my haydays of a frequent and prolific bar patron, you could agree with the lady that you will wait for her at a certain corner from where the two of um met without paying the barfine, didn't always worked, sometimes she has insisted you pay as she gets a cut of the fee,

the bottomline, no written rules and not common sense in play here, here, up to the girl and the situation...
