Last year when renewed my O visa for an additional year I used the standard .pdf pre printed TM7 form from the Thai Immigration website (Bangkok)... My agent said this form was no longer used in Chiang Mai and we need to hand fill out a new (slightly different) TM7 form that said Chiang Mai at the bottom... Does anyone have a link to the Chiang Mai .pdf version of the TM7 that is acceptable to Chiang Mai Immigration?

I had the same TM7 .pdf filled out on my computer with all my info that I simply updated and gave them with my bank balance docs... All I really want from my agent is the 10 minute Immigration office visit...
