george, I have just logged on to my thailandexpat.com email to find all my files are now empty, emails gone.

Luckily it was only junk mail that I lost, but can I trust the service to use it as my main email address? I like the domain name, and I hope I can use it more often.

Is it possible I have done something wrong, or has there been a problem elsewhere?

Cheers

Found on their web site:

NetMongol has experienced a failure of a main drive in the mail storage server. We are currently working to get this drive back online but at this point it appears that the old mails stored on it may NOT be salvagable. Please advise your users of this issue.

All users should be able to login but their old mail that was stored on the drive that failed will not be in their mailbox. New mails arriving should be delivered without an issue.
