Is CBD Oil Legal?

Maybe a dumb question, but is it legal to have and to use CBD oil in Thailand?

Is it only legal if a doctor prescribes it?

Can you have it sent to you by post from overseas?

No you cannot have it sent to you unless you have a legal import licence.

 

You need a medical referral/card to obtain here.

I asked my Wife's doctor if he could prescribe it for pain relief the other day.

 

He said he was not authorized to do so at the moment
