Where did it come from??

Featured Replies

In all my many years I have never seen anything like this!!  The sun is shining brightly , barely any clouds in the skies, then it opens up and WHAM a very heavy downpour.  No one expecting anything and kids coming home from school completely  drenched.

Have you and your family made merit lately?   ????

Seriously?

How long have you been here?

It is very common everywhere in the country happens all the time in Pattaya in fact the sun will still be shining, as it is pouring rain.

Back in the southern part of what is now Corporate Occupied Mallburgerland (USA), where my human component grew up, there was a phrase people would say when it rained while the sun shone brightly:

"the Devil is beating his wife behind the kitchen door."

If that question was directed at me, look at the time that I have been on this forum, and add about another 15 years to that.  Just consider that I have seen it rain quite a bit in my time here.  Have a good day youngster.  All the best.

Gonzo's topic tomorrow:

Why don't other farluengs wai the garbage truck men? ????

In the UK we used to call them "Sunny Showers",

like the one today,I don't question it,just pleased

its raining,as we need all the water we can get to

prevent a water shortage later on in the dry season.
