Cool in the North, wet in the South

Another high pressure system is covering upper Thailand causing morning fog and isolated showers, according to Thailand Meteorological Department’s forecast on Friday (Nov 8). The North and the Northeast will see the temperature dropping by 1-3 °C and chilly mornings while the South will be consistently wet, with heavy downpours in some areas.

WASHINGTON/BEIJING (Reuters) - China and the United States have agreed to roll back tariffs on each others' goods in a "phase one" trade deal if it is completed, officials from both sides said on Thursday, sparking division among some advisers to President Donald Trump.

PHUKET: A 72-year-old German expat was left bound with tape and suffered a 12-centimetre knife wound to his left arm as two men armed with long knives robbed his house yesterday evening (Nov 7), making off with ATM cards and later withdrawing only B5,100 before the cards were cancelled.

Phuket health office launches project to provide free state-paid medications at local pharmacies

PHUKET: The Phuket Provincial Health Office (PPHO) has announced that patients suffering from certain illnesses and conditions can now collect their state-paid medications from approved pharmacies across the island instead of having to wait at their local hospital.

Dangers of vaping including pneumonia stressed
