arangsters - Vous here.

A few days leave before getting back to my secret mission under the mountains. Not enough time to visit any of my regular fillies up north, but there is a 'belle dame' in the shop giving me the eye. So she could be OK there.

I'm in Foix at the moment. In an all-night coffee shop in Rue Longue. The town is situated close to the borders with Spain and Andorra. Importantly for me; they have decent internet and, it appears, some grand ladies. I might get a bus to Toulouse later. See how it goes with Zoe; fille adorable. I'll have to check if she is a piège à miel (honey trap) but she seems genuine. Lovely green eyes.

"I might get a bus to Toulouse later."   That could be a bit of Le Trek.

"Madame Owl's electric cutter arrived from Lazada; 608 baht."

I was worried it might be some contraption for feeding the ducks.

I see that for some some reason when quoting - in order to reply, I can't edit (as in delete) the video of Mrs Owl with her duck-feeding contraption.

He must be sailing close to the wind for a life ban. I may be wrong but I am sure I was warned once during a banning spree that if you tot up enough bans in a short enough time you run the risk of being elevated into the ether.

I'm not 100% sure but judging by the titles of some of the books he has ordered and his previous  experience in real life I think he disagrees with a lot of some of the more outrageous views posted on here, Owl, hopefully you still have access to read comments on here, when your current ban finishes please behave yourself or I'll drive up there and chop your fingers off ????

Ah Faraday...I am just commencing Murakami's '1Q84'-a behemoth of a novel...kicks off with the usual straight plunge into classical music...in this case Janacek's sinfonietta.

My wife remains very concerned about the covid situation in Ubon and environs.

Hi farangsters - Vous here.

Monsieur Owl would like me to do a posting for him.

He has been moaning about the lack of rain. Plenty of wind and claps of thunder though.

A couple of race cars in the village last week.

Out of electricity?

But when they do go; watch out!

Big mangoes are doing well.

Big mango lady will give Owl a couple hopefully. Then he can grow from seed.

Monsieur Owl took a tumble at his farm in the week. Must look out for those vines I told him!

425800494_tangleinvines.png.c48aa65542bdf226a073c569dfc29d7e.png

More Formula Battery racing.

Might get another posting before I have to return to work on Wednesday. I'm sure Owl will forward some content to me. I have a little left from today's post.

Zoe turns out to be a really nice person. So, I'm staying with her for a few days and I'll not bother going to Toulouse. I hope to see her again when my operations are ended. She could be the one!? Owl is always telling me to settle down; 'can't go through life without knowing the dark side', he says.

Monsieur had problems with his electricity last week. Evidently his meter-box caught fire. I have some pics on that, but no annotation. Next post.

He should be back posting for May 7th.

Take care out there farangsters.

Bang on the Monet with that one Mr Faraday.

Was that Ba Ba Black Sheep playing in one of those videos?

This thing about a lifetime ban for Owl, you'd think he'd create an undercover account for himself to be used as a banning account and leave the Owl login protected. Just to be used for stuff that doesn't upset the mods, could catch on.

I don't look at this topic often but today i wanted some light reading as opposed to the constant Big C onslaught broadcast 24/7 .    has begun to feel like the banging of a hard rain on the corrugated tin shell of my brain .   I guess that is what the intent is, actually.

Anyway,  turn to Mr Owl's page and find he's on holiday .   God,  i thought i was ahead of most here with the holiday greetings......... but my zen practice of holding my tongue along with the Yoga conditioning of twisting like a pretzel till red in the face seems to have prolonged my TV life .

As many now realise,  it is a dull life indeed without the voices of the dissidents.

Best to all you vacationers.  Life still goes on through all the attempts to control us.  Please write to me at   cell 13 , Glavnoe Upravlenie Lagere

and censored   censored   censored    .     ah, good old auto delete .

cheers

All I can say is that you have hidden your light rather well under that bushel..

I'm certain those two question are linked.

I didn't know that Pornhub does Foxe's 'Booke of Martyrs' these days however you are becoming quite inventive in your sundry posts so I can certainly see a place for it as hagiography.

The two halves of hagiography refer to holiness and writing .   You certainly are a Rhodes scholar in my book...   OD

Unfortunately, I come from a family of Road Scholars ( i was born in the backseat of a greyhound bus) ......... and furthermore,    My mother was a tailor
She sewed my new blue jeans
My father was a gamblin' man
Down in New Orleans

but maybe you are right,  even us poor boys, born without a silver spoon in our mouths

( I ain't no senators son )  can sometimes rise to Saint hood . ( do they wear hoodies ? )

Saint Rumak ......... I like the sound of that

St Owl of Under-Carpet - save the Downtrodden One.

If it gets really out of hand, later on we could start a campaign: Free The Ban Dung One.

I based Free The Ban Dung One on Coronation Street years ago. There was a campaign to 'Free The Weatherfield One' when when Deirdre Barlow was imprisoned.

"fans were outraged when Deidre was wrongly jailed for mortgage fraud and theft"

Even Prime Minister Tony Blair decided to weigh in and ordered the Home Secretary to look into the case.

"It is clear to anyone with eyes in their head she is innocent and she should be freed," he said.

This was all despite the situation being completely fictional.

.......as in “Banned Again. Say it slowly it kinda works. Even more so as he comes from Dagenham.

I just had a flashback of DB crying uncontrollably. I don’t think I will sleep tonight now.
