Plan B Countries - Any Advice or Ideas ?
To the best of my knowledge a UK state pension does form part of your taxable income in Thailand. From what I have read so far - only governement pensions form part of the UK/Thai tax treaty. I thought that government and state pensions were the same - apparently not. -

What is the process for filing the evisa non o for a spouse?
Obviously and posted by myself and others previously. His best option is to come up with 400k baht in his USA bank account. If he can't do that then that's a red flag. -

Pheu Thai Party Claims Victory in Udon Thani Election
Let's just pick this apart a bit. PP finished less than 10% behind in a PTP stronghold. The Petchaburi election was a one horse race. Kritsana Kaewyu an ex Petchaburi MP ran I believe as an independent with PP not fielding a candidate and in Nakhon Si Thammarat Ms. Kanokporn Dechdecho is from the Democracts and once again it looks like no PP candidate. These elections are for CEO's so provincial administrators which may or may not be representative of a general election vote. Sort of brings into doubt the veracity of the sentence I quoted from the article IMHO. -

Look at this clown. Announcing something that is already illegal to now be illegal. If he really wanted women and girls to be safe then perhaps he could try and "smash the gangs" and stop the fighting aged men arriving illegally on small boats, deport every single one that has arrived on small boats rather than put them up in hotels and deport every single one of the rape gang perpetrators so they never get to rape an English girl again. -

I finally received my new Fidelity ATM Debit card - sent first class airmail, $1.33, took 20 days. I activated it, using the Fidelity app. I used it successfully to withdraw 20,000 THB at a Bangkok Bank ATM.- 1

What the flip is this flying monster in my condo and how do I make it go bye bye?
And there's me a, nasty hatful far right racist Trump supporter , who walks home at night picking all the snails and worms and even snakes up off the road and putting them back in the trees so they don't get run over . I even put food next to the ants nest so they don't have to all walk far , also taken injured birds to the vets and carried baby birds home, who fell out their nest . Wouldn't even kill a cockroach
