In the West Bank, the story is no better. Illegal settlements continue to expand, carving up the land meant for a future Palestinian state. Settlers are protected – often armed – while Palestinians are pushed into smaller and smaller areas, denied permits to build even basic homes. Some roads are for Jews only. Whether he’s offloading the place because the building’s getting knocked down in two years or the neighbours are straight out of a horror film – you’re never going to find out anyway. The reason is irrelevant. He wants to sell - thats it. As for the balcony view – did you not look at the photos? They clearly show both the interior courtyard from the main door and the external balcony view. 5.7 MB for 116 sqm? a solid deal. ....And... now the poor OP is about to get swamped by chancers asking if there's a 'rent-to-buy' option on the table !!!!...
