I don't think they have CPA's in Thailand do they, I think CPA is a US term for an accountant that has passed a UK exam. If that's true perhaps you should just be looking for an accountant, maybe that makes more sense?

 

Also, perhaps if you could expand on what your needs are, others may be able to offer some alternatives?

I don't know of any CPA - Certified Public Accountants, but I know of quite a few CPA - Corrupt Public Accountants.  Will one of these do?  ????
