Boy, that’s a tough one.  I’d maybe give a call to ChivaCare.  They carry all sorts of adaptive devices.  
 

I doubt they have this on hand, but they might know how to access one.  

 

They have a number of Physical Therapists in their orbit, and someone might have some suggestions.
