townhouse ownership

I know I can buy an apartment or a condo and have the Deed put in my name. What about a townhouse. I want to buy one in Chiang Mai and being a Farang from the US can I own it and have the Deed put in my name. Thanks for the help

Yes of course u Sir can own the townhouse in Chiang Mai pls don’t worry !

But ehhhh sorry about the land under ur townhouse well no that u can not own Hahaja.
