There may not be so many people enjoying sitting out in a deckchair but they won't be doing it tomorrow. We are back to Wednesday closures; a decision that beggars belief in these straitened times. I will leave the city for a couple of days next week, taking my custom elsewhere, in other words. What will other beach users do?

The Russians dont seem to care for deckchairs and umbrellas,seeing as they are about the only ones left using the beach does it matter much ?  but yes still a crazy decision.

Does the ban apply to Jomtien, Bang Saray and Sattahip? if not go there

I dont think much or any beach cleaning is done on Wednesdays....

But who will they ban ? The beachside tourist venues look like the abandoned and deserted ghost towns of the former USSR.
