The prices in New York, which historically have been a bellwether for the rest of the nation, and typically happen about two years prior to the rest of the nation following suit, have been dropping for over a year now. Properties which were selling for near asking prices, and selling within 15 days, are now being discounted by up to 30% or more, and taking an average of 450 days to sell. Same with higher end properties in Los Angeles. Likewise, the rental markets at the higher end, have been dropping in both areas. Just wait. The US is in for some massive financial reckoning. The economy is a house of cards.

The causes of these "drops" is what is most important. It's called People Moving Out of High Tax Rate States.  Those states are losing populations at high rates.  Check the migration patterns over the last several years.

Cheering for failure is a common characteristic of those who dislike Trump.  However, the Recession Card was played months ago.  That trial balloon burst bigly all over those touting it.

MSM media and liberals think they're being very funny when they write Trump

off as a dumbo who cant spell. This gives him a natural advantage over them

because they cant see him coming. The firings dont just mete out appropriate

consequences for traitors but also put everyone on notice. If you're not on board with

Trump's America first agenda, please resign, there is no room for you at the White House.

I doubt there has been a more divisive person leading the USA since NIxon.

 At least since Obama.

I think the press plays a much bigger role in the decisiveness than does the President.

Have you read the article? This was not an acquittal. It was a matter of procedure.

"A three-judge panel on the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals on Friday did not rule on whether the president was violating the Constitution by profiting off foreign governments' spending at his hotels."

Now it gets uglier. Now that he's been confirmed to be totally above the law by the complicit senate, he's now totally unrestrained, and just imagine how much even worse it would get if he never has to run for election again. Nixon had his enemies list. 45's list is expanding to the majority of the country. These are very dark times now. Of course not surprising from someone that was mentored by one the greatest villains in American history -- Roy Cohn.

It's already starting.

Trump only wants people who cover him up.

"The US envoy to the EU, Gordon Sondland, said he "was advised today that the president intends to recall me effective immediately".

Just hours earlier, Lt Col Alexander Vindman, a top expert on Ukraine, was escorted from the White House."

standard procedure in all organisations....try telling your CEO you dont agree with him vociferously,

go behind his back and out of the chain of command to try to overthrow him....I think you

know what will happen next...and it will be all your fault.

The U.S. government is not a corporation. It's function is to serve the people. Not to serve the CEO.

As far as I understand they could do file a complaint again after an house vote.

The basics of human interaction remain the same...obama fired a huge number of people

too....patriots all....no one complained because the chief executive has the right to hire and

fire at will.

Banana republic stuff. That's where the 45 cult of personality is at. It's downright un-American, like the McCarthy era but much worse because Senator McCarthy never become president, much less an authoritarian president that has been deemed above all laws by a complicit senate. Again, Putin wins.

I dont think impeachment is a victory, but up to you.

Acquittal is the result of impeachment. Trump is forever acquitted. Thus, now more than ever, his innocence is presumed. So yes, of course it's a victory.

Well yes, being authoritarian comes with the being president. Perhaps you can tell us about all the non-authoritarian presidents we've had in modern history?
