Will the corona impact any land borders?

I plan to cross into Laos from Thailand in a few weeks. 

 

Am just wondering if there's any real chance that this coronavirus stuff will cause Laos to prohibit border crossings from Thailand ?

 

( to be clear, i haven't heard anything of this sort from anyone... i just want to know, as i always seem to be the last to learn about such things )
