2 weeks ago, also on Saturday, the road by Naklua fish market was closed to vehicle traffic. There were many food vendors, Thai music in the background and a general festive enviroment.

 

I went today and it wasn't there.

 

Does anyone know what that event was and how often it occurs?

Annual event known as Naklua Walking St, scheduled over peak season and weekends only. 

Been an annual event for many years now.

 

But it is a cool season event, and this years finished on Feb. 8th.

 

Will return Late Nov. Early Dec. no doubt.
