Interested in hearing feedback from people who have these policies and their experiences of claiming. Read a few reviews and wasn't convinced hence trying to get some more feedback before deciding who to go with. Pacific Cross seem to be an alternative.

 

I'm only interested in Inpatient.

 

Noticed some policies don't cover Emergency room which is concerning, is this normal on health insurance policies as I would have thought this would be essential !

 

Lastly does direct billing help? Heard some horror stories whereby people have had to wait & hours before being discharged as insurance company had direct billing.
