So for once Cameron was telling the truth and was right. Vote leave were the ones who were lying.

Just think if it wasnt for those 34 SNP MP  that voted against Theresa May bill the UK would still be in the single market

they weren't needed the vote was 286 for 344 against Including the 34 SNP MP if the 34 SNP voted yes vote would have been 320 for yes and 310 for no as I said if the SNP had voted yes the UK would be staying in the single market

What about the vote on Johnsons deal which was passed but then withdrawn by Johnson himself?

That was after Theresa May deal was defeated , I think secretly the SNP have always wanted to leave the EU, they knew in the 2014 Scottish referendum that the EU wouldn't let Scotland stay in the EU if the majority voted Yes to leave the UK

Really?

Most Brexiteers complain that the SNP does nothing but try and prevent Brexit.

Thats why I stated secretly they can't be seen supporting leaving the EU as that would cost them votes bit like Corbyn sitting on the fence trying to please leavers and remainers without committing to remain or leave

Of course they won't let on, it's not something they talk about. You're right, of course I refer to the German speaking Swiss.

I don't think the Swiss Germans are that hot in French, and the French that hot in German.

Yes, most from EU but also many arabs and africans, Zurich park is fully loaded.

Your family tree may have elm disease. You are not a relation of mine, I'm sure.

My Swiss friends do not think that any language bloopers are as important as the Germans do, I suppose.

I have problem matching what you say before and after your 2nd comma

(does those two make sense in the same sentence?)

not about fishing rights as such but pretty much Brexit

re EU-UK and Scotland wanting to be in EU

and roughly half of the jocks wanting to stay in UK

messy for sure

in EU different kinds of attachment/relations are recognised

both when it comes to single market and the VAT region and Schengen and this and that

you have the outer regions and you also have the special territories with various links to EU

as an example;

Åland (Finland) middle of the Baltic

Canary Islands (Spain)

not sure about Ceuta and Melilla in Africa (Spain)

Azores and Madeira in the Atlantic (Portugal)'

Greenland (Denmark)

Faroe Islands (Denmark)

bunch of places in South America

bunch of places in the larger Gulf of Mexico

places in the Pacific

places in the Indian Ocean

the homework/exercise assignment for the weekend would be to massage

the possible legal modalities around a construct where

Scotland is in UK

Scotland is in EU

the special territory UKandNI minus Scotland as a special territory in Scotland

what would it take jure wise and political wise - (since it is lousy weather anyway)

Very dramatic but yet another fail - it was your VDO that attempted to rewrite reconstruct leave campaign history.

And with your lazily linked Guardian story here, you have jumped from single market and customs union to the no deal topic. Not the same.

You are like a bothersome bug that needs to be swatted.

So this is where we are now.

You simply lie about what vote leave promised.

Unbelievable that you guys cant either justify or acknowledge what you have actually done.

Which variation of leaving was promised? Which one is being delivered.

Come on you knew what you were voting for so let the rest of us know.

By default January 2021  the UK has left,no more negotiations Boris has already stated there will be no stalling, virus or no.    WTO rules will apply

Just leaving. We don't know the details yet but after the 441-page legal draft of the future EU-UK relationship, which has just been sent to EU member states for consideration, and if Boris means to maintain his promises (which the EU text seems to dash) it looks like it will be a hard exit.
