What to do when you have problems with social Security Manila

I thought I would share my experience with everyone who may have a problem with the social Security office in Manila in my case this is the second time that I had problems with this office and they would not respond to my email I called the direct line at the Baltimore office and it takes some patience as they ask you for your phone number and many times they don't call back but if you are persistent and keep calling you will find someone who will answer the phone very fast courteous and efficient and my benefit check was approved with in about a week

Manila SS sucks. Yep, they never responded to my emails either. And they don't answer the phone most of the day either. I found some satisfaction in calling them just as they open (8am Manila time if not mistaken) when a helpful woman tended to answer.

It's the Philippines what do you expect? Nothing runs correctly in the country. Why would this?

You need to get the direct phone number and direct email of the representative you are dealing with.

If not, forget it.

I actually made a special trip back last year to the US to get my Medicare straightened out as Manila told me it would take 6 months to resolve.

Apologize for interrupting directions towards contacting SSA.GOV at their USA based server using ISP /  VPN

routing from South East Asia...  I have also attempted to GO ONLINE and start as a first time user, establish

SSA.GOV USA online access account, start 2012 and up to 2020 present time have failed....

 

There is some thing missing , some thing outside the routine fiduciary duties as is ignored by the SSA.GOV 

INTERNATIONAL operations management, if there is any at all, Nobody supervise training of International SSA.GOV paid foreign representatives... The umbilical chord is cut off from SSA International Baltimore,

there is no follow up, there is mno feed back, there is no information only silent cover up saving SSA job.

 

Please excuse my ramblings. better understood past 8 years, as I followed instructions of 17 Manila SSA.GOV

staff orders to file and sign and deliver multiple SSA.GOV paper PRINTED FORMS always intercepted, never

replied at SSA.GOV Manila... 

 

To clarify this picture, I do not work for SSA.GOV,  I can only follow their demands and instructions from

who ever answers verbal only over the phone calls, when they do answer a phone, but never take any action to follow up their verbal demanded order to follow... Manila pass around USA citizens ;ike a ping pong table

completely out of order not keeping ORIGINAL STAMP records submitted by USA citizens under duress

 

I was USA court divorced 2007 having house sold, a 50% property deposit 5% term deposit bank accounts

In a nut shell I never returned to USA after 2007 and had nothing left in USA except my Wells Fargo checking

bank saving accounts... The year 2012 I filed Wells Fargo Wire transfer form that I kept since 2007, requested

100,000 transfer... The Wells Fargo Bank manager replied I must send them my ORIGINAL SSA.GOV issued SSA card to verify!

 

2012 I contacted USA SSA.GOV asking for a SSA REPLACEMENT CARD... A MS SALLY LEE from Mission

Viejo, Orange County CA sent me a letter demanding I send her my passport my birth certificate my proof of

address, marriage,  etc... etc... from South East Asia disregarded as your next door neighbour K-Mart store 

 

I had no choice but  travel to USA Embassy to stamp and verify documents and file forms THAT WAS ALL

certified forwarded by USA Embassy ACS... SO I WAITED and WAITED....  Nobody answered !!!  I traveled to

the USA Embassy ACS 2013 and was given a written declaration that my documents was intercepted and as

a policy proceedure was delivered to SSA.GOV Manila a Robert Jocson.  I waited and waited nothing happened over the telephone was told he will take care of it... 

 

Nothing happen...  2013 I received a letter from MS SALLY LEE, Orange County CA I have FAILED TO REPLY and so she has BLOCKED cancelled my SSA.GOV application this 2013 interval my request for a OBAMA - Medicaid PART A card was also BLOCKED cancelled as I argued it a health insurance registration card for

people at age 65 it was never never answered and Robert Jocson,   Manila SSA.GOV remained

silent.... Wells Fargo banking informed me using a mysterious third party click click click telephone call with no

name no identification ALL my accounts are to be trashed shut down with no explanation with no instructions was trashed to a USA abandoned CA PO box... That was 2013 after USA Embassy stamped

verified and forwarded my sensitive personal financial security information intercepted by Robert Jocson

Moving Forward with NO SSA.CARD replacement, NO MEDICARE CARD, NO USA BANK ACCOUNT, NO USA PROPERTY

NO USA LEGAL SERVICES, NO ANSWER FROM SSA.GOV,  I continued SSA.GOV forms filing with and at the USA

Embassy who did and has certified delivery to MANILA SSA.GOV...  I received emails from Manila, one SSA.GOV

agent wrote sorry I am leaving for medical excuse  can not help you another can not help you I am leaving for

medical leave indefinite, another send me your passport, another what is your phone number, on and on until

I forced Iveez Gomez to be delivered by USA Embassy diplomatic registerd number ny SSA.GOV paper applications

and history starting 2012 and then I also asked USA Embassy to deliver using diplomatic registered mail to USA

SSA.GOV INTERNATIONAL Administration Baltimore MD... The USA Embassy again written certified my  delivery

of SSA FORM FILED papers but SSA.GOV International Baltimore never responded and a Christine Cuevazz from

Manila asked to set up a phone interview....  The phone interview was a series of repeated questions that was

several times answered using SSA forms asking if i work for rail road, etc. etc. so I answered and asked Kristina

Cuevaz why she did not read the USA Embassy delivered box full of my application received by Iveez Gomez as

requested... Kristina Cuevaz responded that Iveez Gomez told her she never got my papers... I asked Kristina Cuevazz to telephone the USA Embassy ACS she promisd she will BUT she NEVER DID CONTACT THE USA EMBASSY all lies!

I persistantly tried calling her and 2017 she contacted me she wanted my original marriage certificate papers

sent to her MANILA DESK...  I contacted the Superior Court Of california and paid for documents that took time

travelling to Kristina Cuevaz desk top but this SSA.GOV paid staff became silent and all MANILA replies are dead...

 

Once again I repeated my SSA.GOV paper filings using South East Asia EMS mail to SSA.GOV  Baltimore MD with

signed delivery proof and to the USA Embasy ACS girl to also forward and that was 2019 when I got a retarded

brain dead faked ping pong email and phone from

He appologized for theft of my bank savings and the only excuse he gave was "SSA.GOV trying to save money", I replied

he was a phony thief responsible for  destroying the life of a USA citizen from his MANILA party house with no regard

There is only a hand full of USA citizens retired in ASIA and most solved SSA and banking problems using USA relatives

a USA relative address now the real ID policy has destroyed all options to return to the USA homeland having nothing

having nobody just a USA passport at at age 77 to live on charity, welfare streets of San Francisco?  

 

Getting back to the SSA.GOV ONLINE connection there is some thing missing or un clear how to get a USER ACCOUNT

opened outside the USA homeland?  The Baltimore SSA.GOV INTERNATIONAL people do not answer the mail do not

have explicit step by step instructions and blocks any person who has no USA registered verified mailing address

with a USA verified VERIZON bill paid telephone number to receive SSA.GOV  online PIN NUMBERS...  

 

mY LAST usa ssa.gov  benefit printed in the mail STATEMENT received 2012 declared 1310 USD per m month that

wasrs ago I received NOTHING and my entire bank credit financial history was destroyed by MANILA FBU Robert

Jocson and 17 others with Jason Welsh... My last box of papers was mailed to SSA.GOV FRAUD INVESTIGATION who

has also sat on their fat a and did and do nothing answer nothing because MANILA FBU is above the USA law? 

 

Yes the SSA.GOV online  system works for the majority and a hand full who bypass trouble using USA family

address/phone/bank records, but SSA.GOV INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMER  SERVICE is OUT OF CONTROL, lacking

interface training, lacking SSA.GOV services application with out supervised management roaming free on

PACIFIC ISLAND CITY OF MANILA....

 

In conclusion I remind you this is to help others who simply stay quiet, stay silent, or has just give up USA SSA.GOV 

application abhove the law handling by a few untrained civil servants representing USA SSA.GOV from the PACIFIC

island city of MANILA... This is not how USA SSA.GOV paid employees are service response trained on the homeland

and furthermore the regional SSA.GOV monkey after 7 years can only explain we are saving money hiring brain dead

MANILA SSA.GOV paid girls who have no fiduciary USA GOV services training to follow up certified legal applications!

If you got this far thank you for listening I have lost SSA.GOV money,  too old to continue MANILA SSA.GOV FRAUD cover

If you've got a very standard run-of-the-mill request, then Manila may be the easier approach.

 

But if it's anything at all complicated or even slightly out of the ordinary, then it's better to just start with Baltimore.

 

Whichever you choose, though, bear in mind that the clocks in the Social Security Administration run slow. Very slow. And they have a real problem keeping track of paperwork.

There is no excuse to pay people to work as civil servants located outside the USA homeland and having no training to service USA citizens who run around like monkeys collecting ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS that are forced delivery with USA Embassy Diplomatic registered mail pouches several times repeated over EIGHT YEARS ...

 

You have your opinion and my opinion is crystal clear working EIGHT YEARS to file SSA.GOV forms delivered by and supervised by and under the influence of the USA Embassy Citizens Services stamp from TWO isolated separate USA Embassy to be

verified delivery to MANILA,,,

 

It is an outrage that the SSA.GOV paid staff at Manila LIED and LIED and LIED to the USA Embassy and then the Manila staff LIED and LIED that they shall telephone the USA Embassy to request papers filed... This was 17 different MANILA SSA staff failure of training and gross negligence, total failure of civil servant fiduciary duties...

 

YOU AS A USA citizen should respect and accept treatment and service from all USA civil servants that are paid by the USA Government and trained by the USA

Government to handle private highly security related documents such as a SSA card, Medicare card, Benefits statement, benefits money...

 

2012 my printed USPS postal mail statement declared 1310 per month THAT WAS EIGHT YEARS AGO

and what the hell happen after FILING and FILING and FILING ? Nothing...

 

Your remark about filing for a REPLACEMENT SSA card EIGHT YEARS AGO because it was demanded by

Wells Fargo Bank Manager to wire transfer 100,000 USD is not outside normal business job and any MANILA SSA.GOV MONKEY should have delivered the SSA card after receiving notice from and by the USA Embassy...  2012-2013 I had to contact USA Embassy to confirm FILED SSA.GOV FORMS MANILA INTERCEPTED...  Who gave these people access to demand sensitive security personal documents ?

When you get your new USA passport renewal it is a courteous and secured walk in process but not

with children demanding the delivery and handling of your secured documents from a Pacific island! 

 

It is easy and no problem to talk after you have not lost your USA credit , savings, and then SSA benefits all due and properly filed but left at MANILA SSA.GOV over scattered EIGHT YEAR history of 17 SSA.GOV managed, disciplined, staff located at MANILA PH SSA.GOV covering up negligence in silence!

 

There is no excuse and no reason a courtesy email or postal mail or any update response is avoided,

No need to protect these people it was my life that they destroyed  not yours...  You got your money

and you have a happy safe retirement do not have to work with a silent SSA  past EIGHT YEARS...

 

All I asked was not opinions, but for a REAL LIVE SUPERVISED LEGAL AUTHORITY MANAGER who is

and has been hiding under their SSA.GOV INTERNATIONAL, MD.  desk covering up FRAUD starting 2012

Excuse review of my ramblings, they are to inform my SSA,GOV history,  SSA.GOV issues are best

handled, inside the USA homeland, before leaving USA homeland,  with courtesy and respect, a

trained local USA office civil servants... Do not give up your cell phone and resident address until

SSA.GOV completes processing your USA benefits... then you can relocate and retire as a happy

USA citizen...

I had a good experience applying for my daughters benefits. I filed for myself stateside but had to go through Manilla for my daughter. They responded immediately to my email, for phone conversations Christina in Manilla scheduled the times and she called me. I had to jump through some hoops but had a relatively good experience.

opened and thus tampered with my documents. I was responding to MS SALLY LEE employed at

Orange County XCalif, Mission Viejo Social Security Administration supervision.

 

After waiting and waiting and waiting NOTHING my entire financial accounts credit history was trashed

credit line, credit cards all accounts sent unpaid bills to an unpaid, dead end  PO Box address...

SALLY LEE also filed for MEDICARE,  registration and SSA.GOV benefits statements and BENEFIT APPLICATION to be logged and filed and recorded at and by the USA Embassy AGAIN INTERCEPTED

When I called MANILA what the hell is going on here? SSA.GOV staff IVEEZ GOMEZ talked about she can help as I told her my story I want SSA.GOV, my money was stolen also my applications ignored! e

She asked send copy passport? I went to the USA Embassy and compiled every piece of paper that

was already verified INTERCEPTED at MANILA SSA.GOV and asked the American Citizen Service staff

to help deliver to IVEEZ GOMEZ MANILA FBU and as a backup to SSA.GOV International Baltimore, MD

 

The USA Embassy again was contacted after I waiting and waiting and waiting and I was told that TWO

separate paper mail was assigned TWO separate diplomatic delivery route NUMBERS was delivered to

MANILA IVEEZ GOMEZ SSA.GOV and to Baltimore SSA.GOV International address... I GOT NOTHING

NO ANSWER FROM SSA.GOV MANILA, IVEEZ GOMEZ, SSA.GOV BALTIMORE MD, only DEAD silence...

 

Much later I contacted Cristina CUEVAZZ 2017 for a telephone interview and after a series of stupid repeated already filed questions SHE DENIED!!  TOLD ME IVEEZ GOMEZ told her she never heard of

me and and has no paper mail on her desk... To be exact Christina stated IVEEZ GOMEZ told her she

never got any mail from me never heard of me !!!!  I asked Christina please telephone the USA Embassy to audit trail. get all papers because IVEEZ GHOMEZ LIED as ROBERT JOCSON LIED 2012

 

What makes this a real head ache is I was forced to arrange a SKYPE phone call to Christine Cuevaz

on a Saturday morning pissing me off hearing LIES and LIES from Iveez Gomez and Robert Jocson all

from SSA.GOV MANILA staff office 2017 repeated from over FIVE YEARS starting 2012 USA Embassy mail delivery intercepted by a SSA.GOV paid agent name of Robert Jocson Manila PH

 

Christina Cuevazz SSA.GOV MANILA NEVER NEVER NEVER followed up to telephone the USA Embassy

and as I tried so waited for answers Christian Cuevazz forced by extortion, DELAYS demanded DELAY asking for ORIGINAL MARRIAGE certificate delivered to her...

 

THIS WAS A SOLID FRAUD COVER UP DELAY started by Robert Jocson nothing to do with SSA card replacement or Medicare Card registration or SSA.Benefit mailed update statements he has ignored!

 

I was forced londg distance security access my private  MARRIAGE documents from USA Superior Court County Clerk office with invoice paid all the way from South East Asia blocked as a stranger

attempting to open Superior Court County Clerk records 10 years after leaving the USA living in South

trouble started with a brain dead ROBERT JOCSON who decided he was above the laws of Calif.  that my divorce documents stamped by Superior Court Of California Judge and filed at the County REGISTRAR OFFICE STAMPED data address and phone was not good enough for this self declared MANILA Superior court phony scum Robert Jocson...

 

2012 he yelled over the phone the proof is up to me and slammed his MANILA phone down cancelling my SSA REPLACEMENT CARD and MEDICARE CARD intercepted at his SSA.GOV MANILA office!!! There

is and was no excuse why this boy wonder Robert Jocson started blocking FORM FILED SSA.GOV service requests for SSA REPLACEMENT CARD, SSA MEDICARE REGISTRATUION, SSA STATEMENTS MAIL, as a virus spreading phony delays to cover up his gross negligence , theft of money, failure of fiduciary duties servicing USA citizens.. I am not alone, many have same horror stories...

 

Nothing I could do tried several calls to Baltimore SSA complained was told he has a thing for me as

I lost my USA bank accounts, NO SSA REPLACEMENT CARD NO MEDICARE CARD NO BENEFIT every

thing went dead under ROBERT JOCSON manipulation at the SSA.GOV MANILA intercept office...

 

FIVE YEARS LATER 2012 I end up with Christina Cuevazz and Iveez Gomez and several others at the

MANILA office going NOWHERE NO MONEY ALL STOLEN starting 2012...

SSA REPLACEMENT CARD / MEDICARE CARD / BENEFITS MAIL ADDRESS TO SOUTH EAST ASIA I

MUST SEND HER ORIGINAL PROOF, NO COPY, OF CITIZEN, BIRTH CERTIFICATE, ETC.... I TRIED TO

REPLY FROM HELP AT USA EMBASSY, NOTARIZED PAPERS, INTERCEPTED BY AND DESTROYED BY SSA.GOV MANILA STAFF OPERATIONS STARTING WITH ROBERT JOCSON

 

IN CLOSURE GLAD YOU GOT YOUR DAUGHTER SIGNED UP AND RECEIVING SSA.GOV MONEY FROM THE START AT A USA  SSA.GOV WALK IN OFFICE.. I AM ONLY RAMBLING HERE TO INFORM ALL OTHERS TO

BE AWARE OF MANILA SSA.GOV OUT OF CONTROL SURVIVAL AT ALL COSTS TO PROTECT THEIR 45,000 USD PAY CHECKS...
