This is a good example of one of the reasons I Never use a debit card. Only credit cards.

Most Thai credit cards have an annual fee also...a very healthy fee.

Maybe it is the annual fee for your ATM/VISA-card?

Wow, so you're one of those posters that remembers everything and is never mistaken.

The reason I didn't figure it out was it listed as an ATM transaction on the online portal. Permit me to doubt you would have done any better.
