Sarasin bridge to be closed?

Featured Replies

Talked to a guesthouse owner in KhoKloi, PhangNga, and she said that the bridge will be closed on Monday, allegedly for two weeks.
Is it true or just a silly rumor?

Many thanks.

Why would a guesthouse owner know inside information?

Why would it be closed....they may very well do temperature checks as at the airports and as supposedly Buriram is but closing it....how would food and supplies reach Phuket...unless of course they are going to send all the infected people there and blow the bridge.

This is not the time for he/she/it said rumors.

Oh goody- its tinfoil hat time. Cue the dark sunglasses.  Rumour control is alive and well- just what we need at the moment.
