Are Breathalyzers sanitized by Police ? I was stopped for illegal U turn on Silom . A breathalyzer was shoved against my lips and I was told to exhale . . . . The mouthpiece appeared to be leather . In this time of uncertainty, are those mouthpieces Sanitized ? And how many did I kiss that night !

Would be a great legal issue in the States if you refused. Here, well, best to self quarantine.

in the UK the mouthpiece is a one use item from a packet like a razor blade in a barbers and I only experienced it once.
