3 are post office still send in mail overseas?

My post office in Wiang Chai has been torn down and I  haven't been  oUT for more than a week.am curious  if I  mail my tax form in will it be processed and get ther. No slur on Thai Post but some one said they weren't  send out overseas mail any ideas.

Not by air at the moment. They give you the option to do it by sea, which takes 3 months. DHL are still in operation.

do you know that the wiang chai post office is (started about 2 months ago) currently

being renovated? the temporary post office is just nearby ...
i still got mails (just yesterday) from the wiang chai postman ...
