I tried to buy Heineken 0-0 (Alcohol free beer) in Big C today and they refused to let me take it.

Crossed the road to Tops and they had it stacked up on display with 6 packs at promotion prices.

Go figure.

I figure one place is using their rice noodle and the other isn't. 

BTW -- how does it taste? I'm desperate enough to try it. I like my one San Mig Lite (tastes like Corona ha ha) a day.

Is it Halal?

I've not drank the real stuff for years now but I enjoy the 0-0.

I've drank worse tasting full strength beers.

At 40B a can... or less on promotion it's not going to break the bank to try anyway.
