Canadian NR4 tax

Hi.  I am hoping that there is another canuck receiving a NR4 fro taxation Canada and can tell me what I am supposed to do with it.

The nr4 is for Canuck tax purposes.its issued to non residents who have received income from a Canadian source. It should be filed with your tax return.

What tax return Thai or Canadian . That is the part that I am confused with. If Canadian what form do I use

Attach it to your Canadian income tax return. If you don't have the form for that, you can download one on line.
