Talked to TG call center yesterday

Featured Replies

Called TG call center yesterday 02 356 1111 to see about a ticket refund of a cancelled flight a month ago, well, the information i got from the guy on the other side are grim and not encouraging to say the least, he says TG ( Thai) has no plans to start flying until June or so, and both Thai airways centers are now closed and people work from home now and as for my refund, what was a 30 days it is now "up to 180 days" and there's no one ells to talk to...

Yeah I believe they are or going to be in talks asap regarding their future so anything regarding flights\Refunds and general info will definitely have to wait until thats been concluded.

Other airlines will be up and running before them no doubt.

Thanks for the update. When TG cancelled my flight back to Italy they said I could rebook once they started flights again. Looks like I’m here for a while yet.

I requested a refund for an unused TG ticket on the 11th March and received it on the 22nd April. That is slower than usual but reasonable in the circumstances in my opinion.

When THAI announced the suspension of all flights in March they said then that operations would not resume until 1st June. Whether they will be able to resume any services then and if so which services is impossible to predict even for them.
