Hopefully its culled the masses as its going to be a while before tourists return.

 

Sitting back in their selfproclaimed locations ,it wont take long for them to realize its pointless and will disappear

That would require thinking...

I think it's a lot more likely that they will try to charge the new tourist double to "get their money back".

Relatively empty beaches once we are allowed back will be nice.  I remember post tsunami, the beaches were so wide and the number of people at the beach could be counted on two hands for a while.

 

I wholeheartedly agree with you about the tuk tuks, green plate taxis and their ilk.
