Recomend A Hotel Chaweng

I'm planning a trip to Changmai in about 4 weeks time - I've never been before and would like to get some input from people that have been before.

I would like a recommendation on a Good 4 or 5 star hotel near a beach and also things to do.

chaing mai have some great hotels unfortunatly no beaches

If Chiang Mai had a beach, I doubt anyone would EVER leave.

Shure you dont mean Shanghai...?...got a river,a Big Big tower and the best wee high speed railway set you ever saw..>..432 Klms /hour..... but alas No beach.....

Start with the expats hotel....good breaki and they used to show videos all day in the bar .....been some time since.........enjoy..
