Puchaiyank
Just another government change for farang's "quality of life" program...
a340bangla1
Not everything is intended by the government to make our lifes more difficult. My experience has been since a couple of years that warfarin is not available in pharmacies, even with showing the previous package with a doctors dosage. Its the only medication I have to go to the hospital to see a doctor for. Cannot say anything about the other two mentioned by the OP.
billd766
I have been ordering Orfarin 3 mg and 5 mg from a pharmacy in Nakhon Sawan for years. No prescription required, and I have been taking them since 2006.
Puccini
Warfarin is the active ingredient in the medicine with the brand name Orfarin and is a category D medicine in Thailand. When a pharmacy tells you that you need a prescription for it, it probably means that they have no first class pharmacist on the premise and for this reason are not allowed to sell it to you. Try a bigger pharmacy. Can't find anything about Cumidin and Orafarin; have you got the spelling right? Edited May 9, 2020 by Puccini

Sheryl
It is still listed in Mins as Category D. However if the change is recent iy might not yet dhoe. Since the therapeutic range is narrow and dosage needs adjustment based on lab tests it would make sense to restrict it but I have not heard that they have.
